Well, like Paula, the inches are going down, but the scale didn't. It was kind of a bummer! It's amazing to see what a difference that 5 lbs. makes, though. I'm definitely a slightly different shape than I was a month ago!
I've been using the exercise bike my parents have stashed in the basement pretty much everyday for a week now, and that helps, too. (I did wimp out yesterday, but I also spent quite a while stripping wallpaper with a scraper here at the Fuse, and that was a bit of a workout!) I've been stretching, but not enough, because today I've got a cramp that just won't quit... Makes exercising much less appealing! I stretched a lot this morning, and it's not as bad, but it's still a pain. [If anyone has any suggestions, I'd love to hear them. I'm new to this exercise thing.]
