dieting and PMS = frustration

I am soooo craving all things chocolate right now. I have indulged in 2 Kraft Handi Snak chocolate pudding cups (100 calories each) and a Russell Stovers sugar free peanut butter cup. But they just aren't cutting it. I am craving chocolate chip cookies like there's no tomorrow.

I was doing ok with everything, with minimal bad food cravings, until the evil hormones hit. Please, if anyone is reading this has any suggestions.. I'm all ears!

Fiber! Fill up with some good fiber and you're cravings should lessen. Try the Fiber One snack bars. The Caramel are the best!

ALSO....STOP thinking about food. HA!
